I didn’t claim it was a sure thing, but this place is truly your one-stop shop for all your PC needs. They provide outstanding customer service, swiftly addressing any issues and going above and beyond to make things right. The staff is exceptional—they genuinely care for their customers and treat everyone like family. The owner is a stand-up guy who passionately commits to delivering top-notch service every time. This is truly the best place to come and learn about computers. They will walk you through, explain and break it down for you to better understand the terminology. Jack, Kat, and Tom are great employees whom feel like friends when there! They are very welcoming and I've been a PCG customer for about 8 or 9 years now! Brett, you can trust them lol!

Rating: ★★★★★ Huge shoutout to the crew at PCG Performance for doing an amazing job on my son’s new gaming computer! We brought in our own parts for the build, and they handled everything perfectly. You can tell these guys really know their stuff when it comes to high-performance machines. The computer is super clean, runs like a dream, and my son is absolutely thrilled. I was also really impressed with how quickly they got everything finished—the turnaround time was fantastic. They did a great job with the cable management too; the inside of the case looks incredibly neat and professional. Special thanks to Anthony and Kaitlyn for the excelente service. Anthony is a total pro and clearly an expert at what he does, and Kaitlyn was awesome to work with—she kept things moving smoothly and was super helpful throughout the whole process. We just purchased a gaming PC for our son at PCG and we worked with Tom and Jack who both were so great! They really took the time to understand what our son wanted. Tom made me feel comfortable asking any question about gaming Pc’s! We drove from Bradenton to go to this location and we were not disappointed. Thank you for the attention to detail and the attentiveness. It really made a difference!

Great guys here. I have pretty rudimentary knowledge of computer hardware. The manager was willing to walk around with me and explain basic concepts and details to me. Helpful and polite.

Anthony and Jack where very helpful ima a streamer and needed a new pc fast after my prebuild Walmart one died on me dont buy from best buy or Walmart btw they gave me free wifi antennas saved me 500 dollars got me a better rig then I would of gotten from best buy buying from places like that is a mistake so they also saved me from that as well as being they were very helpful over the phone so I knew what to expect in store I can now upgrade if I wanted they where also extremely were knowledgeable as they were able to answer all my questions fast so I didn't waste time thank Anthony jack and pcg computers for hooking me up highly recommend.

Nick was extremely helpful in finding a replacement minature screw for my rangefinder. Took his time to find the exact size to fit correctly. Using the same care, his computer repairs have to be excellent. Thank you, Nick.

They are by far the finest, most honest and skilled computer repair, and sales business with superlative trouble shooting skills I have had the pleasure ofworking with in the Tampa Bay area. In particular, two outstanding technicans Nick and Caitlin have consistently gone way beyond superlative service to help me resolve my computer problems. On Good Friday this year, my computer decided it was time to meet its maker. I rely on it for studio work for my job, and had 3 days to rebuild it. It was very old, much like me, it still had its usefulness! There was data I wanted to salvage, and these professionals at PCG went above and beyond! Not only did I walk out with a new system (something from the last two decades!) but I came back for some upgrades, and I could not have been more pleased. Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to put up with an old tech guy! 10 stars! Thanks PCG!
